Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ricrac Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
